We have started the land development in all our projects. For Palm Shore, we have started clearing the area and we're currently doing the landfilling. For the utilities in Palm Shore, we are already negotiating with Paleco and the local water district for the installation of the utilities.

No. You will notice in the video that the property is elevated.

There would be main electrical and water lines inside the property. The owner would just have to connect from the main line towards the individual lots. We already have a contractor who will prepare the sewage and storm drainage plans. They already inspected the area last week.

The houses cannot exceed nine meters in height. Other restrictions are stipulated in the Deeds of Restriction.
