Unlike traditional cloud-based utilities, our App is engineered with a Privacy-by-Design architecture.
No Accounts: We do not provide registration services; therefore, we never hold your name, email, or identity.
Edge Processing: All logic applied to your media and contacts occurs strictly on your physical device. We lack the technical infrastructure to upload or store your personal files on external servers.
To provide management features, the App requests specific system permissions. Each is handled with strict confidentiality:
Media Gallery Access: Required to perform compression, organization, and duplicate detection. Your photos and videos stay within the app's sandboxed environment.
Contact Metadata: Used exclusively to identify incomplete or redundant entries. We do not crawl your social connections or export your contact list.
Technical Diagnostics: We monitor non-identifiable data such as device hardware models, OS versions, and app stability logs. This is used solely to optimize performance and fix bugs.
To support our development, we utilize standard industry monetization:
Advertising (IAA): We collaborate with programmatic ad partners. If permitted via your system’s tracking transparency settings, they may use encrypted identifiers (like IDFA) to deliver relevant content.
Transaction Security (IAP): All premium feature purchases are facilitated through Apple’s App Store encryption. We never see, collect, or store your credit card details or billing address.
We are in the business of utility, not data brokerage.
No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade any user information.
Limited Disclosure: Non-personal technical data is only shared with verified analytics and ad service providers who comply with global privacy regulations (such as GDPR or CCPA).
You maintain total authority over your information:
Revocation: You may toggle off any permission (Camera, Photos, Contacts) at any time via your device settings.
Erasure: Uninstalling the App immediately removes any locally cached analysis data from your device.
Photo&Video Manager is a general audience utility and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from minors.
