PHOTOVIBE PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how PhotoVibe handles your information when you use the PhotoVibe mobile application ("App").
1. PHOTOS
When you upload photos, they are sent to Google's Gemini AI API for mood analysis and playlist generation. Photos are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after the playlist is generated. We do not store your photos.
2. SPOTIFY
If you connect your Spotify account, we receive a Spotify access token to enable music playback inside the App. Your Spotify credentials are stored locally on your device and are never shared with us or any third party beyond Spotify itself.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed entirely through Apple's App Store and managed through RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment details. We receive only your subscription status from RevenueCat to unlock premium features.
4. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
If you allow push notifications, your device notification token is used solely to send you relevant updates. You may disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
5. ANALYTICS
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as which features are used and general app performance. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Gemini AI: processes your photos for mood analysis
- Spotify: provides music playback
- Firebase: analytics and push notifications
- RevenueCat: subscription management
- Apple App Store: payment processing
7. CHILDREN
PhotoVibe is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any user.
8. CHANGES
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the updated policy.
