Welcome to PhotoVault (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). We take your privacy and personal information security very seriously. PhotoVault is a photo vault application focused on local privacy protection. We do not actively collect your personal identity information.

During your use of the App, the following types of information may be involved:

1.1 Photos and Media Content

When you choose to add photos to PhotoVault, the related photos are stored locally in a protected space on your device. Photo content is used solely to provide the core functionality of the App. We do not access, upload, analyze, or share these contents.

1.2 Device and Usage Information

To ensure stable operation and basic functionality, the system may provide necessary device information, such as device model and operating system version. This information is used only for compatibility and performance optimization and is not used to identify you personally.

2. How We Use Information

We use the relevant information only for the following purposes:

- To provide core features such as photo storage, encryption, and management

- To improve app stability and user experience

- To fix errors and perform necessary technical maintenance

3. Information Storage and Security

PhotoVault uses a local storage mechanism.

All photos added by you are stored on your device and are not uploaded to any server.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect data within the App and reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. However, please understand that no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties.

We may disclose necessary information only under the following circumstances:

PhotoVault does not include third-party login, social sharing, or cloud synchronization features.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

- To delete photos stored within the App at any time

- To remove all locally stored data by uninstalling the App

Since PhotoVault does not store personal identity information and does not provide an account system, there is no mechanism for remote access, correction, or export of personal data.

7. Children’s Privacy

PhotoVault is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a minor has used the App without the consent of a guardian, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy in accordance with changes in laws, regulations, or app functionality.

If significant changes are made, we will notify you through appropriate in-app methods. The updated policy will take effect on the date of publication.
