By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Photo Scanner helps users scan printed photos, enhance images, organize albums, and export scans as images or PDF files.
The app is intended for personal photo digitization, organization, and export.
The app is designed to process photos on your device.
You are responsible for the photos you scan, import, store, export, or share using the app.
We do not claim ownership of your scanned photos.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the app to:
Violate intellectual property rights
Scan, store, export, or share illegal content
Harass, harm, impersonate, or exploit others
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the app
Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or Apple policies
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to scan, store, edit, export, or share any photos or documents you use with the app.
The app is a tool. It does not verify ownership, copyright, or usage rights for your content.
The app may include features such as:
Camera scanning
Photo import
Auto-crop
Manual crop adjustment
Photo enhancement
Albums and favorites
Batch scanning
PDF export
Sharing tools
Pro tools
Advertising in the free version
Some features may be free, and some may require a purchase or subscription.
Photo Scanner Pro may unlock additional features, such as:
Advanced enhancement tools
Noise reduction
Fade recovery
Batch scanning
High-quality export
Advanced PDF export options
Ad-free experience
Other premium features
Available Pro features may vary by app version, platform availability, and purchase type.
The app may offer one-time purchases, subscriptions, or lifetime access options through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.
We do not directly process payments or store payment card information.
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Subscription prices and durations are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country or region.
If available, a lifetime purchase provides access to eligible Pro features for the lifetime of the app, subject to these Terms, platform availability, technical limitations, and continued app support.
A lifetime purchase is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
The free version of the app may show advertisements.
Purchasing or subscribing to Photo Scanner Pro may remove ads, depending on the plan and available features.
We reserve the right to change advertising placements, limits, and availability, provided that the app remains usable according to applicable platform rules.
Purchases are handled by Apple.
Refund requests must be made through Apple according to Apple’s refund process and policies.
We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.
The app includes a Restore Purchases option to restore eligible previous purchases through Apple StoreKit.
Restoration depends on your Apple ID, purchase history, product availability, and Apple’s systems.
Photo enhancement tools are designed to improve the appearance of scanned photos, including clarity, contrast, noise, and faded details.
The app does not guarantee perfect restoration, perfect quality, or recovery of details that do not exist in the original image.
Results may vary depending on the quality of the original photo, lighting, focus, damage, and device camera.
The app stores scans and related data locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important photos and exported files.
We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, accidental deletion, app deletion, operating system changes, storage issues, or user actions.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the app at any time.
We may change free or Pro features, improve performance, fix bugs, or adjust functionality to comply with platform requirements.
The app, design, interface, code, branding, graphics, and related materials are owned by us or licensed to us.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by law.
The app may use third-party services, including Apple StoreKit and Google AdMob.
Your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of photos, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities arising from your use of the app.
Your use of the app is at your own risk.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every user or every photo.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app or certain features if you violate these Terms or use the app unlawfully.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, unless consumer protection laws in your country or region require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
