Deposit
50% of the rental amount is paid upon confirming your event day as a deposit.
The remaining 50% of the rental amount is due on the event day before set up.
The deposit is used only to secure your event day.
Damages and replacement charges are assesed after the end of the event and are not covered by the deposit.
Refunds & Cancelations
A full refund requires a cancelation notice of at least 48 hours before the event day.
There is a $100 penalty fee for cancelations made on the event day or after the 48 hour minimum notice.
The penalty fee is deducted from the deposit amount.

Photopose photo booths are inspected after the rental event and should there be any damage to the equipment, the damage policy in this contract will apply.
If there is no damage to the equipment after the rental event, the damage policy below will NOT apply.
The deposit amount does not cover damage, the deposit only covers your event day reservation.
Damage to any of the following items is constituted as bent, broken, stuck, ripped, cracked, and/or liquid damage that will render the equipment unusable or permanently different from its original physical condition requiring replacement.

Charges are applied to single category costs unless multiple items are damaged in which case the charges will be added for a full cost of damage.
