These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Photo Converter app (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
We offer a free version of Photo Converter with limited features. Access to these features is provided without charge, but functionality may be restricted compared to the paid version.
2. Premium Access – Subscription or Lifetime
You may choose between a recurring subscription or a one-time lifetime access upgrade to unlock all premium features available at the time of purchase.
Subscription: Premium features remain available while your subscription is active. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Lifetime Access: A one-time purchase that unlocks all premium features for the continued availability of the Photo Converter app on supported platforms.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove features over time to maintain or improve the service.
All purchases are processed through the official app store (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the respective app store. We do not process refunds directly.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.
We do not store your images, files, or personal information on our servers. All image processing happens locally on your device.
We may release updates or changes to the app from time to time. While we aim to keep all features functional, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
