PhotoPack Share Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PhotoPack Share ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. App Description and Usage
2.1 Purpose PhotoPack Share is a photo management and sharing application designed for users to:
Pack (zip/compress) and organize photos.
Share and store photos efficiently.
Manage personal photo archives.
2.2 Device Requirements
Compatible with iPhone running iOS 15.0 or later.
Full functionality may require sufficient device storage and internet access.
3. User Accounts and Subscriptions
3.1 Subscription Options
The App offers subscription-based access to premium features.
All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account.
Prices and subscription terms are displayed in the App Store before purchase.
3.2 Subscription Terms
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Subscription cancellations and refunds are handled exclusively through Apple.
No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Acceptable Use You agree to:
Use the App only for its intended purpose.
Not attempt to circumvent any App security measures.
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
4.2 Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the legality and copyright of all photos and content they pack or share via the App.
Sharing content that violates the intellectual property rights of others is strictly prohibited.
5. Data and Content
5.1 User Data
All user data and photos are stored locally on the user's device (or the user's chosen cloud services).
Users are responsible for backing up their own data.
No data recovery is guaranteed if the App is deleted.
5.2 Content Ownership
All App code, design, and features are owned by Mehmet Köksal.
Users retain full ownership of their personal photo data and the content they pack.
6. Technical Requirements and Support
6.1 Updates
The App may require periodic updates to maintain functionality and security.
Users are responsible for maintaining a compatible version of iOS.
6.2 Technical Support
Basic technical support is provided via mehmetkoksal.eem@gmail.com.
Response times are not guaranteed.
7. Limitations of Liability
7.1 Disclaimer THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
7.2 Liability Limitations
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through:
In-app notifications.
App Store updates.
Email notifications (if a contact email has been provided).
9. Termination
9.1 User Termination
Users may terminate their use of the App at any time by deleting the App.
Subscription cancellations must be managed through Apple ID settings.
9.2 Developer Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for:
Violation of these Terms.
Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
Critical technical or security reasons.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
