Dr. Mushegh RAFAYELYAN is a Principal Investigator at PhotonicsAI Lab leading the main research projects in the laboratory. His research interests focus on optical computing, beam shaping, signal processing, machine learning, light-matter nonlinear interactions, liquid crystal optics, and optical imaging.
Tatevik SARUKHANYAN is a researcher and the head of the educational laboratory in the chair of optics at Yerevan State University. Her research area is laser generation from liquid crystalline systems, light-matter interaction and optical computing.
Dr. Henrik MELKONYAN has earned his Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Engineering from Masdar Institute (Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi, UAE). His research interests include silicon photonics, nanofabrication, machine learning and optical computing.
Dr. Emil GAZAZYAN currently works at the Institute for Physical Research, National Academy of Sciences of Republic of Armenia. Emil does research in Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics, Quantum Physics and Optics.
Alik MIRZOYAN is a researcher and master student in the Department of Physics at Yerevan State University. His research topic is related to liquid crystals and their applications. He is also interested in integrated and programmable photonic circuits.
Lilit MELIKYAN is a bachelor student in the Department of Physics at Yerevan State University. She is interested in linear and non-linear optics, laser physics, photonics and optical computing. optical
Arman TIGRANYAN is a researcher and last year bachelor student in the Department of Physics at Yerevan State University. His field of research is the optical computing. He is also interested in machine learning, and optical imaging.
Nune BADALYAN is a third-year Bachelor student, whose first passion is Physics. Nune's main research area is optical computing. She wants to create her academic career in Optics, mainly in Photonics, and become part of the photonics revolution.
