1. Introduction                                           

  Photo Merge Puzzle ("the App") is provided by developer. We respect your privacy. This policy explains

  what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.                                             

  2. What We Collect                                                                                        

  - Photos Access: If you choose to puzzle a photo from your camera roll, the App reads the selected image  

  on your device and displays it within the game. The image is never uploaded to our servers.

  - Device Identifier: The App generates a random device identifier stored locally. This identifier is used 

  solely to save your game progress and gold balance on our servers. It is not linked to your name, email   

  address, or Apple ID.

  - Diagnostics (Apple, optional): If you opt in to share analytics with developers in iOS Settings, Apple  

  may provide anonymized crash logs and diagnostics to us.                                                  

  We do not collect names, email addresses, account credentials, precise location, or any other personal    

  information.                                              

  3. How We Use Information

  - Provide and operate the App's core functionality                                                        

  - Save and restore your game progress across sessions

  - Improve App stability using anonymized crash diagnostics                                                

  4. Data Storage

  - Photos are processed on your device only and are never transmitted.                                     

  - Your game progress and gold balance are stored on our servers, associated only with your anonymous

  device identifier.                                                                                        

  - No personally identifiable information is stored on our servers.

  5. Data Sharing                                           

  We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared only if required by law or to protect our legal  

  rights.

  6. In-App Purchases                                       

  In-App Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation of a transaction and the        

  associated product, but we never receive your payment details, Apple ID, or billing information. Apple's

  privacy policy applies to all payment data: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/                          

  7. Children's Privacy                                                                                     

  The App is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that personal information has been collected    

  from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.        

  8. Your Choices and Controls                                                                              

  - Grant or revoke photo library access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.         

  - To delete your saved progress, uninstall the App. Your anonymous device identifier and associated data

  will no longer be used.                                                                                   

  9. Security                                                                                               

  We take reasonable measures to protect information stored on our servers. Your anonymous device identifier

   is transmitted over HTTPS.

  10. Legal Bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)                          

  - Legitimate Interests: Saving game progress to improve user experience.                                  

  - Consent: Granting photo library permission constitutes consent; it can be withdrawn at any time in iOS

  Settings.                                                                                                 

  You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.   

  11. California Privacy (CCPA / CPRA)                                                                      

  We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law.

  We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
