This Privacy Policy describes how AppRepublic LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Turkey, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Photo Recovery & Cleaner mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

1. WHO WE ARE
AppRepublic LLC is the developer and operator of the Photo Recovery & Cleaner App. For any privacy-related questions, requests, or complaints, you can contact us at:

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We have built Photo Recovery & Cleaner with privacy as a core principle. The App is designed to process your photos and media directly on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos or videos to our servers.
We collect the following limited categories of information:
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Support correspondence: When you contact us at burak@apprepublic.co, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
- Subscription information: When you purchase a subscription, Apple processes the transaction. We receive a confirmation of purchase status from Apple but do not receive your payment card details.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system version, App version, language settings, and country.
- Usage data: anonymized analytics about how features are used (for example, which features are tapped, session duration, crash reports).
- Advertising identifiers: where permitted by you under iOS App Tracking Transparency, we may receive an Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for measurement and attribution purposes.
2.3 Photo Library Access
The App requests access to your Photo Library solely so that it can scan for duplicates, blurry images, screenshots, and items in the iOS "Recently Deleted" folder. Photo scanning happens entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers, never shared with third parties, and never accessed remotely by us.
You can revoke Photo Library access at any time through your device Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.
2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, address, phone number, or precise location.
- We do not collect, upload, or store your photos, videos, or any media files.
- We do not access your contacts, messages, microphone, or camera roll outside the scope of the photo cleaning features you actively use.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the limited information described above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
- Process subscriptions and verify purchase status with Apple.
- Respond to your support requests.
- Monitor and improve App performance, fix bugs, and prevent crashes.
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to build profiles for advertising outside the App.

4. HOW PHOTO RECOVERY ACTUALLY WORKS
To set clear expectations: iOS does not allow any third-party application to recover photos that have been permanently deleted from your device. The App helps you find and restore photos that are still present in your iPhone's "Recently Deleted" folder (where iOS retains deleted photos for up to 30 days before permanent deletion).
All scanning and restoration happens locally on your device. No photo data is transmitted to AppRepublic LLC or to any third party.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the App. These providers receive only the limited information necessary to perform their function. Current providers include:
- Apple Inc. — App distribution, in-app purchases, and subscription processing.
- Analytics providers (such as Firebase / Google Analytics or similar) — anonymized usage analytics and crash reporting.
- Subscription Service (such as Adapty) — to measure the effectiveness of our subs flow
Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy. We use industry-standard providers and configure them, where possible, to minimize the data they receive.

6. DATA RETENTION
- On-device data: photos, scan results, and any in-app activity are stored locally on your device and remain under your control. You can delete this data by clearing the App or uninstalling it.
- Support emails: retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping.
- Analytics and crash data: typically retained in anonymized form for up to 24 months.
- Subscription records: retained for the duration legally required for tax, accounting, and consumer-protection purposes.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at burak@apprepublic.co and we will promptly delete it.

8. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to access the information we hold about you.
- Right to request correction of inaccurate information.
- Right to request deletion of your information.
- Right to object to or restrict certain processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at burak@apprepublic.co. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically within 30 days).
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal basis for processing is your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating the App, and compliance with legal obligations.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.

9. DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we collect. These include encrypted transmission, access controls, and secure storage with our service providers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
AppRepublic LLC is based in Turkey. Some of our service providers are located outside Turkey, including in the United States and the European Union. When we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the use of providers that comply with recognized data protection frameworks.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email where appropriate. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
