Terms and conditions

Before you hire me there are some basic terms and conditions you must be made aware of that I will not flex on no matter who hires me.

1. I don't do weddings, engagements or videos.

2. any other event is fine.

3. I will not give you the RAW files after the shoot/event as the file size would be too large and I have to inject my style into the photo not just how I shoot but how I edit the photos.

4. there is going to be an up front deposit of £30 to cover my travel and last minute changes / cancelations or any damages to my equipment (this will be non-refundable).

5. I will work a maximum of 8h per day if hired for multiple days, this is so I take care of myself physically as well as mentally.

6. I work by the hours you hire me for, say you hired me for 4 hours, I'll stay a maximum of 15 minutes extra for any last second photos.

7. All photos taken are owned by me so I can use it in marketing or in my portfolio and any other way I see fit, that being said I will not be sold to others.

8. If hired for a photo shoot rather than an event, I'm allowing 30 minute of lateness before I just leave.

9. If you want a refund it must be made one week before the event, I can't refund anything after I've given you my services and time.
