Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how PhotoColors: Story Cards ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use PhotoColors: Story Cards (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

Information We Collect

Information We Do NOT Collect:

• We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number

• We do not require account creation or registration

• We do not access your contacts

• We do not sell or share your data with advertisers

• We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA)

• We do not use third-party analytics SDKs

Device Permissions:

The App may request access to the following device features:

• Camera: To capture photos that become memory cards. Camera input is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded, recorded, or transmitted to any server.

• Photo Library (Read): To allow you to import photos you select from your library. Images are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to any server.

• Photo Library (Add): To save your finished memory cards back to your library when you tap "Save Photo".

• Location (When In Use): When you import a photo with embedded GPS data, the App reverse-geocodes the coordinates into a city/country line and a road/street line shown on the card. Coordinates are not logged, transmitted, or persisted — only the resolved place name appears on the card.

Locally Stored Data:

• Imported photos, generated cards, and your edits (text, template, colors, aspect ratio, pinch/pan transforms) live only on your device.

• Your preferences (haptics, dark mode, image quality, HD export, onboarding completion) are stored locally on your device.

• No user-created content or photo metadata is transmitted to external servers.

Subscription Information:

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Receipt validation and entitlement management are handled by RevenueCat, a service that confirms whether you have an active Pro entitlement so we can unlock premium features. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details — only an anonymous subscriber identifier and the receipt provided by Apple. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For processing in-app purchases

• Apple Photos: For importing and saving images

• Apple CoreLocation Geocoder: For resolving GPS to a place name shown on cards

• RevenueCat: For purchase receipt validation and Pro feature unlocks

Data Storage and Security

All your photos, cards, preferences, and app data are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Since data remains on your device, its security is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).

Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You can delete individual cards from your Photos library at any time

• You can delete all app data by uninstalling the App from your device

• No data remains on any external server after deletion

Links to External Websites

If you tap a link to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or App Store page from inside the App, the App will open that URL in Safari. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or accuracy of external websites.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect personal information from any users, no special provisions for children's data are necessary.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Request deletion of your data

• Opt out of analytics collection

Since we do not collect personally identifiable data, these rights are inherently satisfied. You maintain full control of all data stored locally on your device.
