These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PhotoCleanr: Background Eraser, developed by Yass IMGH (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

PhotoCleanr is a free mobile application that allows users to erase image backgrounds directly on their device.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

We may update or modify features at any time without notice.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the app legally and responsibly.
You are solely responsible for the images you edit and any content you generate.
We do not have access to any photos processed by the app.

3. Advertisements

The app includes ads served by Google AdMob.
AdMob may collect limited, non-personal data for ad delivery and analytics.

We do not control third-party ad content.

4. Intellectual Property

All design, code, features, and content in PhotoCleanr belong to Yass IMGH and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute the app without our written permission.

5. No Warranty

PhotoCleanr is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding:

You use the app at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yass IMGH is NOT liable for any damages arising from:

• use or misuse of the app

• data loss

• device issues

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

8. EU/UK/CH Users

If you live in the European Union, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you acknowledge that Google AdMob may process limited data as required to display ads, in accordance with the GDPR.

By using the app, you consent to such processing only to the extent necessary for ad delivery.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflicts of law.
