These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of P.AI ("App") provided by us ("we," "us," or "our").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

P.AI is an AI-powered photo editing application that uses Flux Kontext technology to enhance and modify images. The service operates on a credit-based system with in-app purchases managed through RevenueCat.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND AUTHENTICATION

3.1 Anonymous Authentication

• We use Supabase anonymous authentication system

• No personal registration information is required

• Each user receives a unique anonymous identifier for service continuity

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and app access

• Do not attempt to circumvent the anonymous authentication system

• Notify us of any suspected unauthorized access

4. CREDIT SYSTEM AND PAYMENTS

4.1 Credit-Based Model

• Our service operates on a credit consumption basis

• Different AI editing features consume different amounts of credits

• Credit costs and consumption rates are clearly displayed in the app

4.2 In-App Purchases

• Credit purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system

• Transaction management is handled by RevenueCat

• All purchases are processed securely through Apple's payment infrastructure

4.3 Purchase Terms

• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law

• Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated or becomes inactive

• Prices are subject to change with notice through app updates

4.4 Free Credits

• New users receive 4 free credits upon first use of the App. These credits are provided as a trial and are subject to the same terms as purchased credits.

5. AI IMAGE PROCESSING

5.1 Flux Kontext Technology

• Image editing is powered by Flux Kontext AI model

• Processing quality and results may vary based on image content and complexity

• We do not guarantee specific editing outcomes or results

5.2 Image Handling

• Uploaded images are processed temporarily for editing purposes

• All images automatically expire and are deleted after processing

• We do not permanently store your original or edited images

• Processing times may vary based on system load and image complexity

6. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

6.1 Permitted Use

• Upload and edit photos you own or have permission to modify

• Use the service for personal, creative, or commercial purposes

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6.2 Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload or process:

• Illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

• Copyrighted material without proper authorization

• Content that violates third-party rights

• Sexually explicit or adult content

• Content promoting violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

• Malicious files or content intended to harm systems

• Any commercial use that violates our licensing terms

• Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit the App's AI technology

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to reverse engineer the AI models or app functionality

• Using automated systems to abuse the service

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limitations

• Interfering with other users' access to the service

• Attempting to extract or replicate the Flux Kontext AI technology

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

7.1 App Ownership

• P.AI and all related technology, including the AI models and algorithms, are owned by us and our licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7.2 User Content Rights

• You retain all rights to photos you upload

• You grant us a temporary license to process your images using our AI technology

• Edited images belong to you; we claim no ownership rights

• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to uploaded content

7.3 Generated Content

• Images generated or transformed by P.AI are provided for your use, but may be subject to limitations based on the underlying AI training data and applicable laws.

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS

8.1 Service Uptime

• We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% availability

• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions

• AI processing services depend on third-party infrastructure availability

8.2 Service Changes

• We may modify features, credit consumption rates, or pricing with reasonable notice

• New features may be introduced with different credit costs

• Significant changes will be communicated through app updates or notifications

9. DATA AND PRIVACY

9.1 Privacy Protection

• Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling

• We use anonymous authentication to protect your identity

• Images are automatically deleted after processing completion

9.2 Analytics and Monitoring

• Firebase Crashlytics collects technical data for app improvement

• RevenueCat processes purchase information for transaction management

• Usage analytics help us improve service quality

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

10.1 Service Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

• AI processing results are not guaranteed and may vary

• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service

• Third-party services (Flux Kontext, RevenueCat, etc.) are provided by their respective owners

10.2 Liability Limitations

• Our total liability is limited to the amount of credits you have purchased

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits

• Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App or violation of these Terms

• Content you upload or create using our service

• Your violation of third-party rights or applicable laws

• Your breach of intellectual property rights

12. TERMINATION

12.1 Termination by You

• You may discontinue using the App at any time

• Unused credits remain available until account termination

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

• Violation of these Terms or acceptable use policies

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

• Extended periods of account inactivity

• Technical, legal, or business reasons

12.3 Effects of Termination

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately

• Unused credits may be forfeited unless refund is required by law

• Uploaded images will be deleted according to our standard expiration policy

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted in the App with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

15. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms continue in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of P.AI.
