This Privacy Policy applies to RecovX: Photo & X Recovery (“Application”), a mobile application provided by Shenzhen Sanbaijin Technology Co., Ltd. (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Application is provided as an ad-supported service and is intended for use “AS IS”.
When you download, access, or use the Application, we and our third-party service providers may collect certain information to provide app functionality, improve performance, display advertisements, analyze usage, and maintain app security.

File scanning and recovery are used only to provide the core recovery functionality requested by you. We do not use your personal files for advertising purposes.
The Application may request the following permissions depending on your Android version and the features you use.
android.permission.MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
The Application may request “All files access” to scan device storage and locate deleted or recoverable photos, videos, documents, or other files. This permission is used only for the core file recovery function. If you do not grant this permission, full-storage scanning and recovery may not be available.
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
The Application may request read access to storage to scan media and files for recovery purposes.
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
The Application may request write access to save recovered files back to your device storage.
android.permission.INTERNET
The Application uses network access for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, app performance monitoring, and related services such as Firebase and advertising SDKs. Network access is not used to upload your recovered personal files unless a feature explicitly requires it and you choose to use that feature.
android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE
The Application may use a foreground service to keep an active recovery or file management process available while you multitask. This helps provide a stable entry point back to the Application during recovery-related tasks and is not used for unrelated data collection.
We may use collected information for the following purposes:
To provide photo, video, and file recovery features;
To scan, preview, restore, and save recoverable files on your device;
To operate, maintain, and improve the Application;
To analyze app performance, crashes, and technical issues;
To display and measure advertisements;
To prevent fraud, abuse, security risks, and unauthorized activity;
To comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms or policies;
To contact you with important notices, service information, or support responses.
The Application may use third-party SDKs and services that collect and process data according to their own privacy policies. These services may receive device information, advertising identifiers, app usage data, crash data, diagnostic data, IP address, and ad interaction data.

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using your device’s standard uninstall process.
We retain collected information only for as long as necessary to provide the Application, improve services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
