Photo Widget: Home Gallery allows you to select one or more photos from your device to display in home screen widgets.
Depending on your Android version, photos may be selected through:
Android Photo Picker
Android system file picker
Other compatible Android media-selection interfaces
The app is designed to access only the photos you choose through these interfaces where supported.
The app is not designed to upload your selected photos to servers operated by Infinite Swipe Labs or to send their contents to Google AdMob or Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Selected photos are used locally on your device to provide the widget functionality you request.
The app may process selected photos locally to:
Display photos inside Android home screen widgets
Resize images for widget display
Crop or scale images using Fill or Fit modes
Create widget previews
Create slideshow images
Apply rounded corners
Display borders
Optimize images for different widget sizes
Prepare images for Android widget rendering
Image processing is performed locally on your device.
The app may temporarily decode images into memory while preparing or updating a widget.
Decoded image information is used only as required for the requested functionality.
Photo Widget: Home Gallery may allow you to select multiple photos for a single widget.
Depending on the options available in the app, you may be able to:
Add multiple photos to one widget
Automatically rotate between photos
Choose a photo-change interval
Shuffle selected photos
Manually switch to another photo
Disable automatic photo rotation
The app may retain references or local copies of selected photos so that the widget can continue displaying them even when the main app is not open.
You may create multiple Photo Widget instances on your Android home screen.
Each widget may maintain its own:
Selected photos
Slideshow configuration
Display mode
Border settings
Corner radius
Background preferences
Tap action
Other widget customization settings
These settings are stored locally as required to provide the widget functionality.
The app is designed to use privacy-preserving Android photo-selection methods where available.
On supported Android versions, Android's Photo Picker may allow you to select specific images without granting the app unrestricted access to your complete photo library.
The app does not intentionally scan unrelated photos or files on your device.
If Android grants the app continued access to a specific photo selected by you, that access is used to maintain the corresponding photo widget.
You can control applicable permissions through your Android device settings.
To ensure that home screen widgets continue working properly, the app may create resized, optimized, cached, or temporary image files within its private app storage.
These files may include:
Widget-ready image copies
Resized images
Cropped images
Slideshow images
Widget previews
Cached image data
These files are used to provide and maintain widget functionality.
Android may remove cached files when storage space is required.
The app may recreate widget images when necessary.
Local widget files should not be considered permanent backups of your original photos.
Photo Widget: Home Gallery does not intentionally modify or overwrite the original photos you select from your gallery.
The app may create separate local copies or processed versions for widget display.
Your original gallery photos remain under your control.
Deleting a photo from your gallery may affect a widget that relies on that photo if the app no longer has access to the image or a usable local copy.
Photos selected by you may contain metadata such as:
File name
Dimensions
File format
Orientation
Date information
Camera-related information
Location information embedded by another application or camera
The app may read limited metadata where required to:
Display the image correctly
Determine image dimensions
Maintain correct orientation
Prepare the image for widget display
Photo Widget: Home Gallery is not designed to use embedded photo metadata for advertising, profiling, or tracking. Metadata needed for rendering is handled locally as part of the photo-widget features.
The current version of Photo Widget: Home Gallery does not require you to create an Infinite Swipe Labs account to use its core functionality.
We do not intentionally ask you to provide information such as:
Your name
Home address
Phone number
Contact list
Passwords
Financial account information
Payment-card information
Photos selected by you may themselves contain personal information, including images of people or places.
Those photos are processed locally for the widget functionality you request.
The current version of Photo Widget: Home Gallery does not require:
Account registration
Google Sign-In
Email login
Phone-number login
Password-based accounts
Core widget functionality can be used without creating an Infinite Swipe Labs account.
If account functionality is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
Photo Widget: Home Gallery does not require your precise physical location for its core functionality.
We do not intentionally request or collect your precise GPS location.
However, a selected photo may contain location information embedded by the device camera or another application.
The app is not designed to use such metadata to track your physical location. However, when the app connects to Google AdMob or other Google services, these services may receive your device's IP address. AdMob may use the IP address to estimate your approximate location for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. The app does not request GPS-based precise location permission for its photo-widget features.
The current version of the app primarily uses photos that you select from your device.
The app does not need to continuously access or monitor your camera to provide photo-widget functionality.
If direct camera capture is introduced in a future version, relevant permissions and privacy information may be updated.
Photo Widget: Home Gallery does not require access to your:
Contact list
SMS messages
Call history
Phone calls
Microphone recordings
The app does not intentionally collect such information as part of its photo-widget functionality.
Core photo-widget functionality is designed to operate locally on your Android device.
Selected photos are not intentionally uploaded to Infinite Swipe Labs servers to create or display your widgets.
Your photos are not intentionally stored in an Infinite Swipe Labs cloud photo library.
The app does use internet connections for advertising, related privacy and consent management, and optional Firebase Cloud Messaging notifications. Those third-party services may process technical data as described in the sections below. This is separate from processing the photos selected for widgets.
Android, Google Play, your device manufacturer, or third-party services installed on your device may separately process technical information according to their own privacy policies.
Photo Widget: Home Gallery displays advertisements through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Depending on the screen and user activity, these advertisements may include:
Banner ads on applicable app screens
App Open ads when the app is opened or resumed
Interstitial ads after certain actions, such as saving a widget
AdMob may use information collected through its SDK to request, deliver, personalize where permitted, measure, and protect advertisements. The ads shown and how data is used may depend on your region, device settings, advertising preferences, and any applicable consent or opt-out choices.
AdMob is provided by Google. Information about Google's handling of data is available at:
According to Google's documentation, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares certain information to support advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. This can include:
IP address: This may be used to infer an approximate geographic area. The app does not request your precise GPS location for advertising.
App and ad interactions: For example, app launches, ad interactions, taps, and other activity associated with displaying or measuring ads.
Diagnostic and performance information: For example, app or SDK launch times, responsiveness, and other technical performance signals.
Device or other identifiers: For example, the Android advertising ID, app set ID, or other applicable identifiers available on your device.
These categories of information may be collected by or shared with Google and its advertising services, depending on SDK behavior, device settings, and applicable privacy choices. They are used for advertising or marketing, analytics and ad measurement, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
Your selected gallery photos and locally created widget images are not intended to be provided to AdMob for ad targeting. Advertising-related data collection is separate from local photo processing.
For details of the SDK's published data practices, see Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure.
On supported Android devices, Google AdMob may access the Android advertising identifier (Advertising ID) or other eligible device and app identifiers. The availability and use of these identifiers can vary by device, Android version, user choice, and Google's advertising restrictions.
You can manage or delete your Android Advertising ID through your device's privacy or advertising settings, where available. You can also review Google ad-personalization controls through My Ad Center.
Advertising ID controls do not necessarily disable all advertising or all technical data collection required to serve, measure, or secure ads.
The app does not require access to your precise GPS location. However, Google may derive approximate location from an IP address when you use the app's network-connected services.
The app integrates Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to help display applicable advertising privacy notices and consent or opt-out choices. Depending on the country or region and applicable requirements, the app may display a message relating to European privacy requirements or relevant United States state privacy laws.
Where required and available, you may be able to review or change advertising privacy choices through the app's Settings screen. The privacy options control is shown when Google's consent system indicates that it is required.
Your choices may affect whether personalized, non-personalized, limited, or other permitted advertising is served. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily mean that you will see no advertisements or that all technical processing will stop. Some information may still be processed for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, or compliance where permitted.
Google's UMP service may process and store consent or privacy-choice signals needed to apply those preferences. Learn more about Google's privacy practices.
Photo Widget: Home Gallery uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a Google service, to support optional app updates, feature announcements, and other relevant notifications.
When notification functionality is enabled or used, Firebase may process information such as:
A Firebase installation identifier associated with the app installation
A messaging registration token or related routing identifiers
App version and basic device or SDK information necessary to provide and maintain messaging
Technical information needed to deliver and manage notifications
This information supports notification delivery, app functionality, and developer communications. FCM and its Firebase Installations dependency are provided by Google and operate under Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.
You can control the app's notification setting where available, and you can manage notification permission through Android settings. Disabling notifications does not necessarily remove historical information already held by Google under its retention policies. You do not need to create an Infinite Swipe Labs account to use the app or receive supported notifications.
For more information, see the Firebase Android data disclosure and Google Privacy Policy.
The app may allow you to choose what happens when a widget is tapped.
Depending on the functionality available, a tap action may:
Switch to another selected photo
Open Photo Widget: Home Gallery
Open another supported application or destination
Perform another configured widget action
If you choose an action that opens another application or service, the privacy practices of that application or service may apply.
Infinite Swipe Labs does not control how third-party applications process information after they are opened.
Infinite Swipe Labs does not sell or rent your selected photos.
Selected photos are not intentionally shared with other users, Google AdMob, or Firebase Cloud Messaging for advertising or messaging purposes.
Advertising data is different from photo data. As described above, Google's advertising SDK collects and shares certain technical information, including IP addresses, app interactions, diagnostics, and device identifiers, for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Firebase may also process installation and notification-related information to deliver app messages.
We use Google as a service provider for these purposes. Google's and its partners' handling of information is governed by applicable agreements, privacy choices, and Google's policies.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, including where reasonably necessary to:
Respond to a valid legal request
Protect users
Protect our legal rights
Investigate fraud, abuse, or security concerns
Comply with applicable legal obligations
Photo Widget: Home Gallery relies on Android operating-system functionality for features including:
Photo selection
Home screen widgets
Widget resizing
Media access
Image decoding
Image rendering
Local file storage
App lifecycle management
Background widget updates
Local cache management
The app also uses Google AdMob for advertisements, Google User Messaging Platform for advertising privacy choices, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications. These are described separately above.
Android, Google Play services, Google advertising services, and Firebase may process technical information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Use of Android system functionality does not mean that Infinite Swipe Labs automatically receives all information processed internally by your device.
On modern Android versions, the app aims to use Android's privacy-preserving photo-selection and storage mechanisms where available.
Certain Android versions or device configurations may require storage-related access for particular functionality.
Any storage access requested by the app is intended to be used only for functionality that requires access to selected photos or widget-related files.
You can manage applicable permissions through Android settings.
Android home screen widgets may require background processing to:
Refresh displayed photos
Advance a slideshow
Respond to configured update intervals
Restore widgets after certain device events
Maintain widget appearance
The app may use Android-supported background mechanisms for these purposes.
Background operation is intended to provide widget functionality and is not designed to monitor unrelated activity on your device.
We take reasonable measures to limit data access and processing to what is needed for app functionality.
Photo processing and widget generation are primarily performed locally on your device, reducing the need to transfer personal photos over the internet.
Google states that the user data handled by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. Firebase states that the data described in its Android SDK disclosures is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We do not claim that all locally stored data is encrypted at rest.
However, no software, device, operating system, file system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and associated accounts.
Selected photo references, widget settings, and locally processed image files may remain on your device for as long as required to maintain your widgets.
Local data may remain until:
You remove the corresponding widget
You replace selected photos
The app removes outdated cached files
Android clears cached data
You clear the app's storage
You uninstall the app
Photos in your device gallery remain under your control and are not automatically deleted when you remove a widget.
Google AdMob, UMP, and Firebase may retain data they process according to their own service policies and applicable legal requirements. Clearing local widget data does not automatically delete records held by these external providers. For privacy and data-related requests, you may contact us at the email below, and you may also use Google's available account, advertising, and privacy controls.
You can remove a widget from your Android home screen at any time.
You may also remove locally stored app data by:
Removing widgets
Clearing the app's cache
Clearing the app's storage through Android settings
Uninstalling Photo Widget: Home Gallery
Uninstalling the app generally removes data stored inside the app's private storage.
Original photos stored in your gallery are not intended to be deleted merely because you uninstall Photo Widget: Home Gallery.
Uninstalling the app does not guarantee immediate deletion of advertising or messaging data previously processed by Google.
Photo Widget: Home Gallery is a general-purpose personalization utility and is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the app's core photo-widget functionality. The app contains third-party advertisements, and Google's advertising services may process technical data as described above. The app is not specifically directed to children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact:
