AI Photo Editor: Pro Enhancer ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Photo Library Access: The App requests access to your photo library only when you choose to import or save images. You control which photos are accessed.
On-Device Editing: Standard editing tools (filters, crop, text, stickers, collage, tune, blur, frames) operate entirely on your device. These edits are not transmitted to our servers.
AI Feature Processing: Certain AI-powered features (AI Image Generator, AI Photo Style, AI Mockup Generator, Image Upscaler, Background Remover, AI Logo Creator, AI Image Editor) require cloud processing. When you use these features:
The selected image and/or your text prompt is securely transmitted to our AI processing partners over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Inputs and outputs are used solely to generate your requested result.
We do not use your images or prompts to train AI models.
Inputs and outputs are deleted from processing servers shortly after the task completes.
2.2 Subscription and Purchase Information
Subscriptions (Pro Weekly, Pro Yearly) and Coin packs are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store.
We do not see, collect, or store your payment method, credit card details, or billing address.
We receive only anonymous transaction status from Apple (active, expired, refunded) to manage your entitlements.
2.3 Community Features (Optional)
If you choose to use community features such as posting, sharing, following, liking, or downloading:
Public content you post (images, captions, tags) is visible to other App users.
Engagement actions (likes, follows, downloads) may be visible to others.
You may delete your posts at any time from your profile.
If account creation is required, we store only the minimum information needed (username, display name, optional profile details you provide).
Local Preferences: UI settings, onboarding state, and editing preferences are stored locally using iOS UserDefaults.
Coin Balance: Your Coin balance may be stored locally and/or with our service provider to keep it consistent across sessions.
2.5 Crash Reports and Diagnostics
The App may collect anonymous, aggregated diagnostic information (crash logs, performance metrics) to improve stability. This data does not personally identify you and is only collected if you have enabled "Share with App Developers" in your iOS Settings.
2.6 Information We Do NOT Collect
Your real name, email, phone number, or address (unless you provide them voluntarily through support).
Precise location data.
Cross-app or cross-site tracking data.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used solely to:
Provide and improve App features.
Process your AI editing requests.
Manage your subscription and Coin balance.
Enable community participation if you choose to use it.
Respond to support inquiries.
Comply with legal obligations.
We work with trusted third-party service providers, including:
AI processing providers for cloud-based AI features (image generation, style transfer, upscaling, background removal, etc.).
Apple App Store for subscription and in-app purchase processing.
Cloud infrastructure providers for backend storage and content delivery (for community features and Coin balance).
These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and process it only on our behalf. We do not share your information with advertising networks or data brokers.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share information only:
With service providers as described in Section 4.
When required by law, court order, or valid government request.
To protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the public.
In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, asset sale), in which case you will be notified.
6. Data Storage and Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all data sent to or from our servers.
Local data benefits from Apple's built-in device security.
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the App and comply with legal obligations.
Despite our safeguards, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Photos sent for AI processing: Deleted from processing servers shortly after the task completes.
Community content: Retained until you delete it or your account.
Subscription records: Retained for legal and tax compliance (typically up to 7 years).
Local data: Removed when you uninstall the App.
Depending on your region (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
Restrict or object to processing.
Data portability — receive your data in a portable format.
Withdraw consent at any time.
Opt out of the sale of personal information (note: we do not sell data).

Photo library access in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.
Subscriptions in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
All local app data by deleting the App from your device.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
10. International Data Transfers
If you are located outside the regions where our service providers operate, your data may be transferred internationally. We rely on standard contractual clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms to protect your data during these transfers.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App or on our website, and the "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
