This privacy policy applies to the Our App app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by vaddoriya preeti (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information requested will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Processing and User Consent
The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) cloud technologies to provide photo editing features such as background removal, accessory overlays, and baby portrait generation.
When you use an AI feature, your selected photo may be securely transmitted to OpenAI solely for generating the requested result.
Before any photo is uploaded for AI processing, the Application displays a clear consent prompt explaining what data will be sent and why. Photos are only uploaded after the user explicitly agrees.
3. Face Data and AI Image Processing Policy
Glasify: AI Photo Editor includes features that work with photos containing human faces. We handle this information in accordance with Apple's privacy and data protection guidelines.
What Face Data Does the App Collect?
The Application does not collect, extract, or store biometric identifiers, facial geometry, face templates, or 3D facial maps.
The Application only processes standard 2D image photos that users voluntarily select or capture for editing purposes.
How Photos and Face-Related Data Are Used
Selected photos may contain faces and are processed only to perform user-requested editing features, including:
Adding digital accessories such as sunglasses
Baby portrait generation
Background removal and portrait editing
Other AI-powered photo enhancement tools
Photos are not used for identity recognition, user profiling, tracking, advertising, or biometric analysis.
Third-Party AI Processing
Photos used for AI editing may be securely transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections to OpenAI solely for generating the requested AI effect.
OpenAI processes images only for generating the requested result and is not permitted to use the data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
Storage and Retention
Uploaded photos and generated outputs are stored temporarily during processing and are automatically deleted from servers within 24 hours.
The Application does not maintain a permanent database of user photos.
Sharing of Face Data
The Application does not sell facial data or share photos with advertising companies, data brokers, or marketing platforms.

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
