privacy policy
Effective Date: June 18, 2026
Zeroo built the Phonics Monsters app (the "App") as a free app. This Service is provided at no cost and is intended to be used as is.
This Privacy Policy is designed to inform parents, guardians, and users about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who uses our Service. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable privacy laws.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from children.
The App is designed for children. We do not require users to register or provide any personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, or physical address) to use the App.
Automatically Collected Information
To keep the App stable and improve performance, we may collect limited, non-identifiable, anonymous technical data, such as:
Device type and operating system version
Anonymous crash reports and performance/diagnostic data
This data is not linked to any individual, is used solely to maintain the App's functionality and fix bugs, and is never used to identify or track users.
The App does not contain any third-party advertising. We do not use any advertising frameworks, and we do not use analytics or other services that track users across other apps and websites.
We use Google Play services only to collect the anonymous crash and diagnostic data described in Section 1. This data is configured to be non-personalized and is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties. We do not disclose any information to outside parties except as required to operate the basic crash-reporting function described above, or where required by law.
Any data generated by the App (such as progress, unlocked words, or sticker collections) is stored locally on the user's device. We do not transmit or store this data on external servers. Uninstalling the App removes this locally stored data.
We value your trust in providing us with a safe environment for your children. However, please remember that no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
