The App provides an Email Breach Scan and System Scan for your device's security. These features rely on third-party services and databases, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the results. You understand and agree that these scans are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee the security of your email or device.
The Private Folder feature allows you to securely store photos and files within the App. While we provide security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
The App includes Wi-Fi and QR code scanning features for identifying potential security risks. You acknowledge that while these tools are designed to enhance your security, no security measure is foolproof, and we cannot guarantee protection from all possible risks.
The App provides Message Filtering to help identify and filter malicious or spam messages. While this feature aims to improve security, it may not catch all threats, and you are responsible for remaining vigilant regarding unsolicited messages.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of these third-party services, and you access them at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective once posted in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of governing state, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the governing region.
