This privacy policy applies to the Phone Storage Manager app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Shaheen Tech Apps (collectively, the "Application"). Shaheen Tech Apps is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
Your device's Internet Protocol address
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
The time spent on the Application
The mobile operating system you use
The Application may also request access to certain device features and information through Android permissions. These permissions are used only to provide the relevant features of the Application.
The Application may request the following Android permissions:
REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES — Used to support app-uninstall or app-management features where permitted by the Android operating system. The Application does not silently uninstall applications without the user's interaction or authorization.
KILL_BACKGROUND_PROCESSES — Used to support app-management and device-cleaning features by allowing the Application to stop background processes where permitted by Android.
PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS — Used to obtain application usage information, such as application usage time and information about applications being used, to provide app-management, usage-monitoring, and device-cleaning features. This access may need to be enabled by the user through Android system settings.
RECORD_AUDIO — Used only for features that require microphone access, such as audio-related or device-testing functionality.
VIBRATE — Used to provide vibration feedback for certain interactions, alerts, notifications, or Application features.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION — May be used for features that require precise device location, including certain Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or location-dependent functionality.
ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION — May be used for features that require approximate device location, including certain Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or location-dependent functionality.
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE — Used to access information about the current Wi-Fi connection and network state for network-related or device-management features.
CHANGE_WIFI_STATE — May be used to support Wi-Fi-related device-management functionality where permitted by the Android operating system.
BLUETOOTH — On supported Android versions, used to support Bluetooth-related functionality, such as detecting or communicating with compatible Bluetooth devices.
BLUETOOTH_ADMIN — On supported Android versions, may be used for Bluetooth device-management functionality where permitted by Android.
BLUETOOTH_CONNECT — Used to communicate with and obtain information from nearby Bluetooth devices when required by Bluetooth-related features.
USE_BIOMETRIC — Used to support biometric authentication, such as fingerprint or other supported biometric authentication methods, for features that the user chooses to protect with biometric security.
USE_FINGERPRINT — On supported Android versions, may be used to provide fingerprint authentication for Application features that require user authentication.
CAMERA — Used for features that require access to the device camera, such as camera-based functionality or scanning features. The camera is accessed when the user activates a feature that requires it.
MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — Where granted by the user and permitted by Google Play and applicable Android policies, this permission is used to provide file-management and storage-cleaning functionality that requires broad access to files stored on the device. The Application uses this access to perform storage-management and cleaning functions requested by the user.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — On Android versions where this permission applies, it is used to read files and media stored on the device so the Application can provide storage-analysis, file-management, duplicate-file detection, and cleaning features.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — On Android versions where this permission applies, it is used to create, modify, or delete files when necessary for storage-management and cleaning functionality initiated by the user.
Users may grant, deny, or revoke permissions through the Android device settings. If a permission is denied or revoked, the related Application feature may not function or may have limited functionality.
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, advertising, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
The Application provides a Notification Cleaner feature that uses Android's Notification Listener Service. When the user enables this feature, Android may request notification access through the device's system settings.
The Notification Listener Service is used to receive and process notifications on the device so that the Application can provide notification-cleaning and notification-management functionality, such as identifying, managing, or removing notifications according to the user's actions.
Notification access may include information contained in notifications, such as the notification title, content, application name, timestamp, and other notification-related information.
The Application uses Notification Listener access only to provide the Notification Cleaner and related notification-management functionality enabled or requested by the user. Notification information is not sold to third parties and is not used for advertising purposes.
The user can disable Notification Listener access at any time through the Android device's system settings. Disabling notification access will prevent the Notification Cleaner feature from functioning.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send important information, required notices, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to eightyone81apps@gmail.com. The information the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and its services. The Service Provider may share information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding the handling of data. These third-party service providers may include:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms, including:
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
Your consent, where required and legally permitted
Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, the Service Provider will apply appropriate safeguards and obtain any consent required for the transfer.
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.

The Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:
User Provided Data: Retained for the duration of your use of the Application plus 12 months thereafter, unless longer retention is required by law.
Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance.
Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you.
Data required for legal compliance: Retained as long as required by applicable law.
You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligation to retain it. Please note that some User Provided Data may be required for the Application to function properly.
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age in violation of applicable law.
In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this information from its servers. The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
