Welcome to Phone Cleaner: Clean Storage ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its functionality, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible with the App.
Some features of the App may require access to photos, videos, contacts, or calendar. These permissions are optional and only used for the intended functionality (e.g., cleaning duplicates or compressing media).
You can manage or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Weekly: $2.99
Monthly: $6.99
Yearly: $28.99
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (App Store account) at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price unless otherwise stated.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law.
All rights, title, and interest in the App (including design, features, and content) are owned by us.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including loss of data, device issues, or other indirect or incidental damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted within the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
