(4) Virus and Security Scanning Data
We integrate the TRUSTLOOK virus scanning SDK to detect malicious files. This SDK may access your app list and APK information but does not collect personally identifiable information (PII). This access is granted only with user consent and is used solely for device security analysis.
Trustlook Cloud SDKs
Trustlook CloudSDK provides Android malware detection services based on Trustlook NGSE cloud service. It collects application data but not other data for antivirus purpose. The application data is sent to https://sla-intl.trustlook.com for virus detection.
User Data
CloudSDK DOES NOT collect any personal information from the mobile devices, including username, password, email address, address, telephone number, contacts, text messages, fingerprint, photos, and videos etc.
Device Data
CloudSDK DOES NOT collect any device information, including device name, manufacture, model, system version and device id etc.
Application Data
CloudSDK collects the application data like package name, MD5 hash and signature information. CloudSDK uses them to determine if an application or APK file is a virus.
Trustlook will not sell, license, transmit or disclose this information outside of Trustlook and its affiliated companies unless (a) expressly authorized by you, (b) necessary to enable Trustlook contractors or agents to perform certain functions for us, or (c) required or permitted by law. In all cases, we will disclose the information consistent with applicable laws and regulations and we will require the recipient to protect the information and use it only for the purpose it was provided.

(5) Storage and File Access
To perform junk file cleanup, cache removal, and storage optimization, the App may request the following permissions:
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
These permissions are used only to identify and remove unnecessary files such as cache, residual files, and temporary data.
We do not access, collect, or upload personal photos, videos, documents, or private content.
(6) Phone State Access
We request READ_PHONE_STATE permission to detect SIM or network-related changes that may affect certain optimization features.
Call logs, phone numbers, and call content are not accessed or collected
(7) Usage Access
We request PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS permission to:
Analyze storage and app usage patterns
Provide insights such as unused apps or storage recommendations
All analysis is performed locally on your device.
(8) App Uninstall Function
We request REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES permission to allow you to uninstall unwanted apps directly from within Phone Cleanr.
No uninstall history or records are collected or stored
(9) Location Information
Optional permissions such as ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION may be requested for WiFi-related features, including:
Network scanning
Security checks
Location data is not stored, tracked, or shared and is used only while the feature is active.
(10) Foreground Service Access
We request FOREGROUND_SERVICE permission so that real-time cleaning, monitoring, or optimization tasks can run reliably while keeping you informed via system notifications.
2. User Consent and Control
Before accessing any sensitive permission, the App will clearly request your authorization. You may:
Allow or deny any permission
Revoke permissions at any time via system settings
Disable personalized ads through device settings
We will not collect or use data beyond the scope described in this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent.
3. Third-Party Services
To provide features, analytics, security, and monetization, the App integrates the following third-party services:
Firebase (Google): crash reporting, analytics, and push notifications (aggregated data only)
TRUSTLOOK SDK: For malware detection and device security. Compliant with TRUSTLOOK privacy standards and does not collect PII.
Advertising SDKs: TopOn, Vungle, UnityAds, IronSource, Pangle, Facebook Audience Network, Google AdMob, AppLovin, Mintegral, Chartboost
