Phone Clean Pro — Privacy Policy

Phone Clean Pro (Android package com.aistar.filemgr) is provided by Infoso Tools. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app. Contact: support@aicloudside.com.
1. Information processed on your device
File management, storage scans, similar-photo and duplicate-file checks, photo/video compression, the local vault, and battery information use the files, metadata or device information needed for the selected feature. These tools process this information on your device; they do not automatically upload your photos, videos, documents or vault contents to our servers.
The Apps Notifications feature requires Android notification access that you choose to grant. It reads active notification details to display, filter and clear notifications and apply your local rules. Notification content is processed on your device, and this feature does not send the text of other apps' notifications to our servers. You can revoke notification access in Android settings.
When you choose to share or transfer a file, that file is sent to the recipient, device or external app you select. Review the destination and its privacy practices before sharing. Granting storage or notification access is not permission for us to upload all of that content.
2. Optional support emails
If you choose Email us or otherwise send a support email, we receive your sender email address and the email content you send. We use this information to respond to your request and provide customer support. Providing this information is optional: the app's file-management features do not require an email address or an online account.
The app opens your chosen email application so you can review and send the message yourself. It does not automatically read your mailbox. The support email address is not supplied by our app to advertising SDKs. Please do not include passwords, financial details or other sensitive information in support messages.
3. App, device, advertising and diagnostic information
Our service and integrated SDKs process app/device identifiers (such as installation IDs, advertising IDs and push-notification tokens), device model and operating-system information, language, app version, app interactions, advertising interactions, crash reports, diagnostics and other performance information. Network services receive your IP address; advertising services may use it to infer an approximate location. This does not require permission to access precise GPS location.
Package names associated with app-installation or removal reminders can also be included in notification analytics. This helps operate contextual reminders and measure their use; it is separate from the local-only contents of other apps' notifications.
We use this information to operate the app and notifications, understand feature use, diagnose failures, improve reliability, provide and measure advertising, and prevent fraud and abuse. Advertising and analytics SDKs may collect and share relevant device identifiers, approximate location, interaction and diagnostic data for their advertising, analytics and security purposes. Their practices depend on the SDK, region and consent settings.
4. Service providers and advertising partners
The app uses our service at api-gp.aicloudside.com and integrates Google Mobile Ads/AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Advertising mediation also includes Meta Audience Network, Pangle and AppLovin. These providers process information under their respective privacy policies and applicable service arrangements:

We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect the security and rights of users and the service. Information may be processed outside your country by the providers involved in delivering the service.
5. Your choices
You can decline optional support emails and revoke Android permissions in device settings. Features that require a declined permission may be unavailable. Notification access, notification delivery and local notification-management rules can be controlled through the app and Android settings. Advertising privacy options are available in the app where supported, and Android provides controls to reset or delete the advertising ID. Turning off personalized advertising does not necessarily disable all advertising or operational diagnostics.
Files and locally stored app settings remain subject to the actions you take on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling does not automatically erase support correspondence or records already processed by remote services. 6. Security and children
The app's service endpoints and the listed SDK services use encrypted network connections. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. An external email app or website you choose operates under its own privacy and security practices.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@aicloudside.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the app and its services change. The updated policy will be published at this address with a revised date. For privacy questions and customer support, contact support@aicloudside.com.
