Phoenix Women & Girls is a club dedicated to the development of the female game. The club is committed to creating an environment where girls can reach their full potential, both on and off the pitch. Through high-quality coaching, player development, and a clear footballing pathway, Phoenix provides genuine opportunities for players to progress from youth football into the adult game.
Phoenix Women and Girls is an exciting project with big aspirations. In just three years the club has developed players, won several trophies, and pushed players into professional academies. The success on the pitch is matched by the success off, with extensive support for all players, with innovative safeguarding and pastoral support.
Now we enter an exciting period of growth with the development of facilities and increase in teams, providing more opportunities for more players. The ambition is to move from grassroots to semi professional status within the next five years, whilst building adult teams with local girls who have been through the Phoenix pathway. The talent is in our community, we just need to provide the platform and maintain the drive!
