We are the Phoenix Chapter of the Alaska State Firefighters Association (ASFA) and we are the dedicated emergency responders for the East Kenai Peninsula,
providing professional emergency services to our communities.
Our mission is to promote fire prevention, fire protection, and training education for the emergency responders in the East
Kenai Peninsula area, as well as supporting the objectives of the State of Alaska Firefighters Association as a
whole.
The Phoenix Chapter of the ASFA is a nonprofit organization that raises funds to
support fire prevention, fire protection, and training education for emergency responders serving the East Kenai
Peninsula. Through community-based fundraising and partnerships, the Chapter provides financial assistance
for public fire prevention education, responder training and certification, and critical firefighting and emergency
response equipment. These efforts are focused on improving responder safety, strengthening operational
readiness, and reducing preventable fire-related injuries and losses across the region. By investing in
education, preparedness, and capacity-building, the Phoenix Chapter helps ensure that local emergency
responders are trained, equipped, and ready to protect the communities they serve.
