Kevin Biniazan

Arizona Sexual Assault Attorney, Kevin Biniazan is a trial attorney and managing partner of Breit Biniazan. He has achieved more than $55 million in settlements for his clients in less than five years of practice. In 2017, attorney Kevin Biniazan became an associate of Breit Biniazan. Kevin, a native of Tempe, Arizona, joined the company as soon as he received his cum laude degree from William & Mary Law School. Never one to back down from a challenge, Kevin has prevailed at trial in more than 75% of the cases he has brought before the jury.

Kevin finished summa cum laude from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor's degree before enrolling at William & Mary Law School. While there, he played varsity soccer, received the Ray-Maben Scholar award, the school's highest academic accolade chosen by the faculty. Kevin serves clients who have been hurt in Arizona through our Breit Biniazan office in Phoenix, despite spending the majority of his time in Virginia.
