We take your data seriously. The “Photo Documentation Manager” app is used for photo documentation of projects, objects, or processes. Personal data is processed only when necessary to provide, maintain, or improve the app’s functionality.This privacy policy is accessible at all times via the app menu under „Data Privacy“.
1. What Data We Process
· The app handles images and data you upload, such as production, logistics, audit, or R&D images.
· We collect only personal information like your name and email, by login setup.
· Photo Documentation Manager does not share personal data with any third party except for the service providers listed below and only to the extent necessary to provide the service. No data is sold or used for advertising or profiling.
· Data is stored locally at your preferred device.
· Access to the device camera is required solely to create image documentation within the app. No background capture or recording is performed
· The pictures we are saving are available in special folders of the app itself once the app is installed , they are saved in the application containing folders.
· The image in the ppt will be contained in the private server of the app only with access token they can be used or view , not visible to public
· Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the fulfillment of a contract or with express consent.
2. Your Control Over Data
· To deliver certain functions, Photo Documentation Manager relies on GDPR‑compliant service providers:
o Authentication: Google Firebase (EU‑region)
o Payments only via Google Pay
· All providers are bound by processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR.
· You have the right to:
o Request access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)
o Request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
o Request deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
o Restrict or object to processing (Art. 18 & 21 GDPR)
o Receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR)
· You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting us at support@photomanager.com. Data is deleted once it is no longer required for the stated purpose.
· A one‑click deletion option is provided in the app settings (‘Options =>Account => Delete account’), ensuring full removal from local and cloud storage
· If cloud storage is used, you are responsible for handling, editing or deleting pictures from same platforms..
3. Security
· We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data.
o End‑to‑end encryption during transfer (TLS)
o Encrypted data storage (AES‑256)
o Role‑based user access and authentication
· The app does not use any third‑party SDKs or APIs that could independently collect user data.
· Photo Documentation Manager implements data protection by design and by default in compliance with Art. 25 GDPR.
· In the event of a data breach, users will be promptly informed in accordance with Art. 34 GDPR and the Play Developer Policy
4. Payment
· We offer paid products or services through the Service, we rely on third‑party payment processors to handle transactions.
· We never store or collect your card details; they are sent directly to the processors, whose use of your data is covered by their own privacy policies. These processors comply with PCI‑DSS standards set by the PCI Security Standards Council—a collaboration of major brands such as Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, Paypal or American Express —to ensure payment information is handled securely. The Privacy Policy can be viewed at the individual homepages of the processors.
· If purchases are made through Google Play, Google may collect and process payment details in accordance with Google Play Terms.
5. Changes to This Policy
· We may revise the privacy policy occasionally.
· Before the revisions take effect, you’ll receive a notice via email and/or an alert within the app at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
· We recommend reviewing the privacy policy periodically to stay aware of any updates. Updated policy versions will be made available via the app and Google Play Store listing before they become effective.
