PHM Devotional values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the PHM Devotional mobile application ("App").

Account information (if you create an account): such as your name, email address, and login credentials (or information needed to authenticate you).

Device and app information: such as device type, operating system version, app version, language settings, and basic diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the App.

If you enable notifications, we may collect and store a push notification token for your device in order to send you notifications (for example, devotional reminders or updates).
We use the information we collect to:
Provide and operate the App, including login and account access.
Send push notifications if you enable them.
Improve and maintain the App, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
Protect security, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only in the following cases:
Service providers that help us run the App (for example hosting, database, email delivery, or push notification services). They are permitted to use data only to provide services to us.
Legal requirements if we must comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests.
Protection and safety to protect users, the public, or our rights.
We keep information only as long as necessary to:
provide the App,
comply with legal obligations,
resolve disputes, and
enforce our agreements.
You can:
Enable/disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Request account deletion (see Section 6).
You can request deletion of your account and associated data. After verification, we will delete your account and personal data from our systems, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records. Otherwise, contact us using the email in the “Contact Us” section.
PHM Devotional is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you access the App from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred and processed in those locations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, if changes are significant, we may provide additional notice within the App.
