Joy Marie is a Real Estate professional as a full-time licensed Realtor and a seasoned investor. She is also a 15-year Air Force veteran and is currently a Civil Engineer Officer based at Atlantic City, NJ Air National Guard holding the rank of Captain. A Philadelphia native, she graduated from Simon Gratz High School in 2008. She then graduated from the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) in 2013 where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a 2018 graduate from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University earning her Master of Science in Project Management with a focus of finance.
