Shipping costs vary depending on destination and method. We’ll provide an exact quote during the adoption process, typically ranging between $200 – $450 AUD.
All travel costs must be paid in full before your puppy is scheduled for transport.
We do not accept "returns" in the traditional retail sense—our puppies are living beings, and their well-being comes first.
However, we understand that life can change. If you are no longer able to care for your puppy or dog, we ask that you contact us immediately. As responsible breeders, we will:
Help facilitate rehoming to a suitable, approved family
Offer guidance or referrals to ensure your puppy's continued safety
Never allow one of our puppies to end up in a shelter
Your puppy comes with:
Full health documentation
Initial vaccinations and microchip
Vet-checked travel clearance
Breeder support for life
