A collection of Philippine policies, legal instruments, and issuances related to health security, One Health, pandemic preparedness and response, and the country's implementation of the International Health Regulations (2005)

The Philippine Inter-Agency Committee on Zoonoses (PhilCZ), together with its partners from non-governmental organizations, the academe, and international agencies, developed a National Action Plan for Health Security (NAPHS) for 2023 - 25. To guide NAPHS implementation and strengthen compliance with the International Health Regulations (IHR) (2005), this IHR Policy Compendium provides a library of key legislations and policy instruments related to NAPHS and IHR implementation, health security, One Health, and pandemic preparedness and response. The compendium also aims to support policy mapping and legal analysis initiatives.
The key policy issuances and documents in this compendium are drawn mainly from the last 10 years. However, historically relevant laws and codes have also been included. The library is a "living" policy compendium and will be periodically updated.
