To complete my formation, I urgently need support for:

Hello and welcome!
My name is Philip Ohide Akai, a humble seminarian and a student of Philosophy II at St. Paul National Major Seminary, located in Munuki, Juba, South Sudan.
I created this website to share my journey of faith, education, and hope. I come from a poor rural family in Eastern Equatoria, South Sudan. My parents are hardworking villagers who struggle daily to provide food and basic needs for our family due to the challenges of drought, hunger, and poverty in the region.
Despite these hardships, I continue to walk the path of my vocation with faith, courage, and determination, hoping to serve others with love, knowledge, and commitment.
🎓 My Academic & Spiritual Journey
As a seminarian, I am currently pursuing my studies in Philosophy, which is a major step in preparing for the priesthood. My goal is to become a priest who brings hope, peace, and transformation to my community and beyond.
I am passionate about learning, writing, and helping others, especially the poor and marginalized. However, my journey is not without challenges.
