Mobile Notary
I travel to you to provide mobile notary and I-9 verification services to your home or business, and to hospitals and care facilities.
Loan Signing Agent
I am certified by the National Notary Association, the ultimate industry standard, to notarize loan closing documents. I come to your home or place of business for your convenience and security.
I-9 Verification
Needed by your employer and required by federal law whenever you begin a new job. I come to you and take care of your I-9 verification so that you can start your new job ASAP.

What We Charge
As a mobile notary service, we charge for the house call in addition to the state mandated notary fee.
Our House Call fee for general notary work is currently $65 for up to 30 minutes in Center City Philadelphia and the University City area. Additional time is billed at $10 per quarter hour. In addition to the House Call fee, the state mandated notary fee is $5 per notarial act.
For loan signings, we charge a flat house call fee of $125. There is no extra charge for the notary seals. If you need us to print your loan documents, the minimum charge is $20.
I-9 Verifications are charged a flat house call fee of $75, with no notary fees.
