Phil-Mont's high school class trips will take place on Friday, October 23. Below you will find details for each grade, including trip itineraries and electronic parent permission slips. Please be sure to review the information appropriate for your student and submit the required permission slip as soon as possible.

depart @ 8:00am and return @ 3:15pm
Students may not return to school in time to catch their normal bus home. Please make arrangements for pickup.Where: Philadelphia Sites: The Liberty Bell, University of Pennsylvania Museum, Reading Terminal Market, and Philadelphia's Magic Gardens
Transportation: Bus
Cost: There is no cost for site admissions. Students can bring money for souvenir shopping if desired.
Food: Please bring money to purchase lunch at Reading Terminal Market ($25 is recommended).

Students should arrive at Phil-Mont at 6:15am. Departure @ 6:30am and return home @ 6:45pmWhere: Baltimore, Maryland (including the National Aquarium and Fort McHenry)
Transportation: Bus
Cost: Students should bring money for drinks, snacks, dinner on the way home (at a rest stop), and souvenirs (if they wish to purchase them).
Food: Students should bring a bagged lunch and a water bottle. The group will be eating at Fort McHenry.

11th Grade

Transportation: Bus
Museum Cost: None. Museum tickets will be provided by the school. (Money for shopping at museum stores is optional.)
Food: Students will purchase lunch at a museum cafe, a food truck, or a designated restaurant (this will be later than their regular lunch time at Phil-Mont). Money will also be needed for the cost of dinner at Union Station. Students may bring food on the bus (recommended for the morning drive), but the DC museums do not allow visitors to bring food into the museums. Please plan to bring $40-50 dollars ($20-25 per meal).

depart Phil-Mont @ 6:30am / return to Phil-Mont @ approximately 12:30amWhere: New York City (Statue of Liberty, 9/11 Memorial Fountains, Natural History Museum, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Broadway Show: The Great Gatsby)
Transportation: Bus
Cost: None. The museum, ferry, island, and show tickets are provided by the school. (Money for shopping during free time is optional.)
Food: Students will purchase their own meals (breakfast stop, NYC lunch and dinner of their choice). Bag lunches and snacks are welcome.
