Details regarding arrival and departure logistics, as well as instructions for talk and poster abstract submissions, will be requested at a later date.

The participants (and also any accompanying people) are required to pay 165 euros each day of their stay in Erice, which includes:

• full board accommodation in Erice (the Ettore Majorana Foundation and Centre for Scientific Culture will take care of the accommodation of the participants and accompanying people by using its own structures);

• the transfer of groups from the airport (Trapani or Palermo, the one which is more convenient to you) to Erice (arrival day) and back (departure day);

• the meals and, if any, the social dinner;

• a touristic trip (still to be organized).

The bus for the social trip is provided by the Center for Scientific Culture, while the tickets of museums/areas of interest is at one's own expense.

Please note that the payment will be due at arrival (only credit card, no cash) or by bank transfer (deadline: 25 October). Please send the copy of the receipt of the bank transfer within the same date.
