In our opinion, this is the best place to start off. This program is 3 days/wk with a mix of compound movements and some intensive accessory work to get that weightlifter physique and build a great foundation for strength. Focusing on the entire body, with strength in mind, this is a great place to start off your weightlifting journey and build muscle.
Similar to the 3 days/wk beginner program, this includes slightly higher frequency of going to the gym at 4 days/wk. Although sometimes this can be a hasty first step, this program can also serve the same functions as the 3day/wk but for those who can't wait to get back into the gym with some slightly more advanced movements. We suggest that you have some gym experience before moving on to this program.
This program is 3 days/week program that focuses on progressing your strength in the big 3 compound movements with a sprinkle of hypertrophy on the accessory muscles. Lots of people want to be strong and look strong, this is the way to go.
Unlike our powerbuilding prorgam, The Bodybuilder does not include a focus on strength. This program is 5 days/wk program and is the first step towards building muscle optimally. This program is more suited for those who have experience in the gym and are now looking to optimize muscle growth. We see this program as The Golden Ticket.

I have a strong passion and drive to be not only healthy but strong and look good. Lifting weights has always been part of my life whether it was involved with sports and performance or just being a meat head and loving the grind. I've been lifitng for 8 years, in and out of training for sports and doing my own style of powerbuilding and now exclusively bodybuilding. I love to eat food and am always trying to find ways to eat healthy but also enjoy my meals, which has lead to my gathering of knowledge in the world of nutrition and supplements. Lifestyle is something that I pay a lot of mind to as well, from healthy sleep routines to optimizing my energy and output for the day and having fun along the way.
In my free time I enjoy playing video games and watching movies and anime as well as hanging out with friends.
Graduated college with a diploma of Kinesiology, specialized in strength and conditioning. Played competitive hockey for 15 years alongside various other sports. Competed in amateur bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions. Aspiring to get a pro card in the classic physique division.
I started my fitness journey in February 2017, at 17 years old. I had a basic understanding of strength and conditioning from training for hockey. As my competitive hockey career was coming to an end, I took serious interest in bodybuilding and weightlifting. I spent all my time researching and learning how to properly lift and eat a balanced diet to help fuel and optimize my body. I have 7+ years of experience along with a vast amount of research dedicated to health and fitness. I enjoy providing others the proper knowledge in everything health and fitness. A healthy lifestyle is something I advocate everyone to emulate as it provides you with better physical and mental wellbeing.
I understand that changing your physical health can seem like a daunting task, I am here to make it simple and something you can do for the rest of your life.
