Phexus Daily (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Phexus Daily mobile application.
By using Phexus Daily, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Phexus Daily is designed to help users track daily wellness and personal habits.
Depending on the features you use, the App may process information such as:
Sleep and sleep-related records
Water intake records
Step-count information
Weight information
Habit and activity records
Reminder and notification settings
Other information that you voluntarily enter into the App
Phexus Daily does not require you to provide your name, home address, phone number, or other identifying information in order to use the core features of the App.

Information entered or generated within Phexus Daily may be used to:

3. Data Storage and Retention
Phexus Daily currently stores your activity and wellness information locally on your device.
We do not currently operate a server-based account or cloud database for storing this information.
Your locally stored data is retained on your device until you delete it, clear the App's stored data, uninstall the App, or otherwise remove the data through your device settings or an available deletion/reset feature within the App.
If you uninstall Phexus Daily, locally stored App data may be removed by the Android operating system. However, users should use the App's available deletion/reset options where applicable if they want to remove specific information before uninstalling.
If we introduce cloud storage or account-based services in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those services are introduced to explain what information is collected, how long it is retained, where it is stored, and how users can request deletion.
4. Step Count and Device Permissions
Phexus Daily may request access to physical activity or step-count information when you use step-tracking features.
This permission is used only to provide step-count functionality within the App.
You can manage or revoke the relevant permission through your Android device settings. Revoking the permission may prevent the related step-count feature from functioning correctly.
5. Notifications and Reminders
If you enable reminders or notifications, Phexus Daily may use Android notification functionality to send reminders related to features you have enabled, such as water, sleep, steps, or other habits.
You can disable notifications at any time through the App or your device settings, where supported.
Phexus Daily may display advertisements through third-party advertising services, such as Google AdMob.
Advertising providers may collect or process certain information, such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, diagnostic information, and information about interactions with advertisements, subject to their own privacy policies and applicable settings.
Advertising identifiers may be used to provide, measure, and improve advertising.
You can manage advertising and privacy settings through your Android device and, where applicable, through Google's advertising settings.

Phexus Daily may use third-party services that help us operate, maintain, advertise, or improve the App.
These services may process limited technical or advertising-related information according to their own privacy policies.

We do not sell or rent your personal activity or wellness information.
Because Phexus Daily currently stores your activity information locally on your device and does not operate a server-based account system for that information, we do not routinely transmit your personal activity records to our servers.
Third-party services used by the App, including advertising services, may independently collect certain technical, device, or advertising-related information as described in their respective privacy policies.
We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by Phexus Daily.
Because your activity and wellness records are primarily stored locally on your device, the security of your device, including its screen lock and other security features, is also important for protecting your information.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Phexus Daily is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
You may:
Choose whether to provide information within the App
Enable or disable notifications
Grant or deny device permissions
Delete or reset locally stored information using available App or Android device controls
Uninstall the App to remove locally stored App data, subject to Android device behavior
Manage advertising and privacy settings through your Android device and Google settings
Because Phexus Daily currently stores activity information locally on your device, you can delete this information by using any available delete/reset functionality in the App or by clearing the App's stored data through your Android device settings.
Uninstalling the App may also remove locally stored App data.
If Phexus Daily introduces an account or cloud-storage feature in the future, users will be provided with information about how to request deletion of data stored on our systems.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Phexus Daily, applicable laws, or our data practices.
When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
