Housing

All participants are staying in O'Hare Hall (see the Campus Map here). All rooms are single (unless requested otherwise) and all have their own bathroom. Bed linens and towels are provided but no toiletries.

Check-In for housing is on Sunday, June 15, 2025, from 12 PM until 5:30 PM. Conference Coordinator staff will be in the O’Hare Hall lobby with room keys and ID cards during that time.

Early arrivals (prior to 12 PM) will need to see the conference staff in the Loyola 101 Conference Office (starting at 9 AM). There will also be emergency information for all participants staying at O'Hare Hall if assistance is needed outside of those times. Please remember that housing is available only for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights. Housing Services request that everyone checks out and returns their key on Wednesday morning by 9 AM.

For information regarding additional on-campus dining options, click here. During the days of the conference, Grab N Go (Retail and BKG & Sambazon) and Marketplace are open. Both locations are in the McShane Campus Center.
