PhD Your Way is an event series run by Kat Phillips as part of her outreach and engagement endeavors as part of KatDoesMaths, it is not a company itself.
PhD Your Way was created by maths PhD students Patrick Nairne and Kat Phillips in 2022. The initiative became realised, when Patrick and Kat noticed the potential for an outreach event for mathematics PhDs that is collaborative between universities, as opposed to different institutions running their separate events.
The PhD Your Way initiative is still run by Kat, and supported by a team of advisors from across the UK, though she still claims that none of this would have been possible without Patrick's idea and support.
