Open the PharmaNation App: Log in to your PharmaNation account.
Navigate to the Account Settings: In the settings menu, select "Delete Account"
Submit the Form: Complete the form by entering your email address, and any additional details. Once submitted, we will process your request.
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation that we have received your deletion request. Account deletions are typically completed within 15 days.
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted from PharmaNation’s servers:
Username and Account Credentials: All login information, including username and password, will be erased.
Full Name and Job Title: Personal identifiers, including your full name and job title, will be removed.
Favorites and Search History: Your favorites list, search history, and app activity data will be deleted.
Some data may be temporarily retained for up to 30 days following the deletion request, in accordance with legal or security requirements. After this period, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.
Transaction Logs and Usage Data: Certain anonymized data may be retained for up to 90 days to improve service quality and for analytical purposes. However, this data will not contain any personally identifiable information.
