Privacy Policy for Phantom Pro

Shameer Salim ("we", "us", "our") operates the Phantom Pro mobile
application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the
App handles and how it is used.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require an account and we do not collect personal information
directly. The App handles the following data on your device:
- Audio recordings you create. These are stored locally on your device
using Apple's SwiftData framework. They are not uploaded to our servers.
- API endpoints, identifiers, and configuration you enter (e.g. for
third-party mentalism apps or custom APIs). Stored locally on your
device only.
- App settings and preferences. Stored locally on your device only.
- Subscription status. Managed by Apple's StoreKit. We do not see your
payment details.
2. Microphone and Bluetooth
- Microphone: required to create audio recordings. Recordings are kept
locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
- Bluetooth: used to detect and route audio output to a connected
Bluetooth audio device. We do not collect Bluetooth device data.
3. Network Requests Made by the App
When you use certain features, the App sends requests to third-party
services on your behalf:
- URLs you configure (e.g. Inject, WikiTest, Lumen, Goo, Hydra, Elips,
or your own custom GET endpoints). Requests are sent directly from
your device to those services. Their use is governed by their own
privacy policies.
- Apple Music search (api.music.apple.com), used to find songs you
request. A short-lived developer token is fetched from our hosted
function (us-central1-phantom-magic.cloudfunctions.net). No personal
information is sent in this request.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) Polly, used to convert text you provide
into speech for the "Whisper" voice. The text you enter is sent to
AWS for synthesis.
- ElevenLabs, used to convert text you provide into speech for the
"Whisper Ultra" voice. The text you enter is sent to ElevenLabs for
synthesis.
We do not log or retain the content of these requests on our servers.
4. Subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple via StoreKit.
We receive only the transaction status (active or inactive). Your payment
information is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy:

5. Analytics and Tracking
The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking
SDKs. We do not use cookies. We do not track you across other apps or
websites.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing
purposes. The only data that leaves your device is the network traffic
described in Section 3, sent to the services you have chosen to use.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly
collect personal information from children.
8. Your Choices
- You can delete locally stored recordings, configurations, and
settings at any time from within the App.
- You can revoke microphone or Bluetooth permissions in the iOS
Settings app.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID
settings.
- Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
9. Security
Data on your device is protected by iOS's built-in security mechanisms.
Network requests use HTTPS where supported by the destination service.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be
posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
