Please support our GoFundMe campaign to provide full scholarships to students from poor families in rural communities
The Phakhoun Center has realized or planned for the following —
Phase I (2021-2022) —
Crafted a visionary five-year plan for the center's future.
Started offering classes in temporary community spaces, generously donated by residents or businesses.
Phase II (2022) —
Constructed the center's headquarters with support from community members who contributed time, materials, and equipment.
In-kind contributions were supplemented by external support.
Phase III (2023-2024) —
Thirty-four students were served in three classes, with two teachers on staff.
Multi-year funding was secured to meet annual general operating expenses.
Through a GoFundMe fundraising campaign the center successfully realized its goal to support scholarships for students from families with difficult financial conditions.

Phase IV (2025) —
Establish the three-year pilot program providing full scholarships to children from families with difficult financial conditions.
Expand community outreach and engagement.
Phase V (2025-2030) —
Establish an endowment fund to ensure long-term financial stability.
Partner with a fiscal sponsor to allow for tax-deductible charitable donations.
Expand the center's campus to include additional space for classes, areas for community engagement, and on-site living quarters for students participating in the scholarship program.
Increase the center’s staffing and enhance its instructional resources.
