The mission of the Phage Arab Ambassadors 2026 Program is toto establish a committed group of young representatives who actively advance phage science and uphold the values and objectives of Phage Arab at an international level. This mission is grounded in promoting meaningful scientific dialogue, strengthening global partnerships, and supporting the continued development of bacteriophage education and innovation.
Vision
The program aims to build a global network of young scientific leaders who help increase awareness, understanding, and progress in phage research and phage-based solutions. Through ongoing international collaboration, the ambassadors will contribute to addressing major health challenges—such as antimicrobial resistance—and support a future where phage science is well known, accessible, and widely used.

Phage Science Needs You: Become a Phage Arab Ambassador 2026
Ambassadors will serve as international representatives of Phage Arab and will be responsible for:
Help grow the phage community by engaging students, researchers, institutions, and the public.
Represent Phage Arab internationally in scientific and educational activities.
Support Phage Arab initiatives such as webinars, campaigns, workshops, and community projects.
Building partnerships with universities, research groups, and phage-related companies.
Provide feedback and insights from their region to help guide Phage Arab’s global efforts.
Act as the main representative between Phage Arab and key institutions or groups in their country.
Candidates for the PhageAr Ambassadors 2026 program will be evaluated based on the following:
Age: 18–25 years (exceptions may be considered for exceptional applicants).
Background: Interest or experience in Phage science, microbiology, biotechnology, public health, medicine, or related fields.
Motivation: Demonstrated passion for phage science, science communication, or community engagement.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly in Arabic and English; multilingual candidates are encouraged.
Leadership Potential: Proven ability to lead, organize, and collaborate.
Commitment: Willingness to commit to a one-year ambassador role with active participation in assigned tasks and events.
