Details about using Google Calendar for band: Once you have the app, open the link above and follow the steps to add the calendar to your account. We are working to transition to a solely digital calendar for the PGHS Band.This will allow us to add detailed information, notifications, locations, and automatically update events without having to send a new PDF each time. Hopefully it will help students and families feel more informed about what all we have going on!

To add the calendar via computer browser:

1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.

2. On the left, next to "Other calendars," click Add  --> From URL.

3. Enter the calendar address:  https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/1?cid=Y19jbGFzc3Jvb21jMDc1NWY3MEBncm91cC5jYWxlbmRhci5nb29nbGUuY29t

4. Click Add calendar. The calendar appears on the left, under "Other calendars."

5. Once it appears on "Other calendars", check the box next to PGHS Band to allow events to show on your calendar.
