Who can be a member of the society ?

Any person who is 18 years of age or older, possesses the legal capacity to enter into a valid contract, and is a resident of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi is eligible to become a member of the Society 

How to become a member of the society ?

The application for membership of the society shall be submitted by the applicant at the office of the society, in the prescribed form and KYC documents such as :

• Id Proof (any one like Voter Id card, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Driving License etc.)

• Address Proof (Voter ID card, Electricity/Water Bill, Compulsory)

• Rent Agreement (In case of tenant . Electricity/Water bill of Landlord compulsory)

• Latest passport size Photos (2)

• One Introducer (who is member of society and not a defaulter)

Share Money  (Minimum) Rs. 500

Compulsory Deposit (C.D.) Rs. 200

*Share money can be subscribed for a minimum of ₹500 up to a maximum of ₹20,000. Later, share money can also be increased to maximum limit of ₹20,000. 

*After taking membership, Compulsory Deposit (CD) of Rs.200 is payable every month. This can be paid in advance for entire year, half year and quarter.

* The right to accept/reject Membership application/s are reserved with the Management of the society.
