The 170 MCQ exam is delivered in two sets of 85 questions, 2h each.
Each set can be taken independently or one after another to make it a 4h exam.
Each set has its own scoring, and the results are consolidated in the grade sheet upon completion of both.

First pass
All questions are mandatory to prevent skipping a question.
Questions can be marked for later review (time allowing).
Review pass
You can change your answer for all the questions marked for review in the previous pass, like in the real exam.
Upon completion of the review pass, links to the detailed grade sheet & to access the second pass are emailed.
Second pass
A tip is given for each failed question so that you have a better chance to get it right.
This second pass can be taken anytime you wish (it is recommended to let your brain cool down for a day before taking it)
Upon completion of the second pass, the grade sheet is updated and emailed along with a link to the full 170 questions, tips & answers document where all the failed questions are bookmarked for quick reference.
The document allows viewing the responses for failed answers only and can therefore be consulted even if an exam set is not completed yet.
A certificate of completion to report 6 PDUs in the PMI.org Continuing Certification Requirements System is sent out when the second set is completed.
