Located in the North East, we are a fully Insured Architectural Services, Structural Design, Town Planning & Building Design Company providing a range of building construction services in South Shields, Sunderland, North Shields, Newcastle and surrounding areas.

We have designed and helped construct via our in-house Project Management Services hundreds of residential and commercial developments. 

We have been providing Architectural Services since 2002. Full architectural drawings and specifications provided using the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) software.  

Drawings include all the information required to obtain Planning Approval and Building Regulation Approval

We provide structural calculations for steel beams, columns, splice details, connections, foundation designs, etc for builders and clients throughout the UK.  Recent projects include full structural engineering services for a development at Dunstablians RUFC for the remodelling and extension of their clubhouse; retaining wall and basement engineering designs for new basement/cinema/games room in South Shields; numerous loft conversion projects.

We work with a number of construction companies and architects to provide specialist structural engineering services.
