We collect information that you provide directly to us when you create an account, complete your profile, or interact with community features:
Profile Data: Name, email address, optional profile photo, and optional WhatsApp number.
User Contributions: Submitted acronyms, comments, reactions (likes), and feedback messages.
Local Storage: Search history, local bookmarks, and preferred category stored securely on your device.
2. How We Use Information
Your data is used solely to:
Authenticate your account and ensure secure access.
Attribute your acronym contributions on the Whiteboard and Leaderboard.
Synchronize user preferences and settings across sessions.
Provide user support and respond to inquiries or feedback.
3. Third-Party Services & Security
We utilize Google Firebase to safeguard and store account credentials and community data securely. All network transmissions are encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols.
4. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You have full control over your personal data.
You may update your profile details directly from the Profile screen in the app.
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data directly within the app or by submitting a request / contacting an administrator.
